Employee Experience Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Employee Experience Partner who will play a key role in shaping the culture, engagement and overall employee journey in the Business Unit. This role requires strong stakeholder management, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate & facilitate business goals into actionable people strategies.

This role will work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBP’s), Business Units, and various internal stakeholders to drive engagement initiatives, rewards and recognition programs, and employee surveys.
