Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Employee Engagement Coordinator who will play a key role in creating a vibrant, positive, and engaging workplace for our employees. This role works closely with the HR and Operations teams to drive engagement initiatives, recognition programs, cultural activities, and internal communication across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and cultural initiatives
  • Drive Rewards & Recognition programs across the organization
  • Manage employee appreciation initiatives (birthdays, welcome kits, service awards, announcements, etc.)
  • Promote company culture through internal communication and social platforms
  • Increase employee participation in employer-sponsored programs
  • Coordinate engagement calendars and monthly activity plans
  • Support HR in implementing employee-centric programs and perks
