Employee Engagement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an HR Employee Engagement Staff to join the Human Resources team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction across the organisation. You will work collaboratively with the HR department to design, implement and manage employee engagement initiatives that strengthen relationships between staff and management, promote a sense of community, and support the overall wellbeing of our workforce.
