Job Description

Our employment coaches have two key skills – the ability to deliver 1-2-1 support to help people plan and reach their goals, and the ability to teach groups to help people gain skills to achieve their goals. Each role is 50/50 to ensure we continue to support people and deliver training that’s fit for people’s aspirations. 

Every coach has a core subject specialism they can teach and are qualified to deliver through numerous levels so we can offer progression to our customers. Additionally, all deliver a wide and varied curriculum around life skills, enrichment, wellbeing and employability – all core to our curriculum. 



As an Employability Tutor, a typical day might include:

  • Carrying out an initial assessment, using our suite of assessment tools including skills Builder and Unifrog, to help them make informed decisions.
