This is for Employability Practitioner level 4. This is a permanent role. Home based role with some travel to Walsall and Staffordshire for sector meetings once every two months – mileage paid.

Duties

• Deliver engaging, structured learning sessions aligned to the employability practitioner apprenticeship standard.
• Provide one-to-one coaching online and some in small groups online.
• Mentoring and support tailored to the learners’ needs.
• Dealing with learners who work mainly as coaches with challenging caseloads, careers advisors, case workers, IAG advisors.
