What you’ll be doing

· supporting unemployed adults across North Devon, with a particular focus on communities where employment opportunities can be more difficult to access, such as Ilfracombe, Holsworthy and other areas.

· you’ll be part of a team of 4 employability coaches across Devon working for Exeter & North Devon Colleges group.

· working with adults who may face challenges such as low confidence, anxiety, caring responsibilities or long-term unemployment.

· you’ll help individuals build confidence, develop employability skills and progress into education, employment or training.
