Employment and Human Services Advisor – SNAP E&T Scope of Position The Employment and Human Services Advisor supports Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) participants by providing individualized guidance, employment planning, and access to education, training, and support services. This role involves conducting eligibility interviews, developing Employment Plans, and referring participants to appropriate activities, including Third-Party Provider services. The representative ensures compliance with federal and state SNAP E&T requirements and plays a key role in helping participants move toward sustainable employment.
