We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Emotional Literacy Support Practitioner (ELSP) to join our inclusive pastoral team. In this vital role, you will provide targeted emotional literacy, pastoral, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) support. 

You will work relationally and proactively with children who need an extra layer of support to access learning, regulate their emotions, develop positive peer relationships, and successfully engage in school life. From delivering 1:1 structured interventions to helping a child overcome barriers like anxiety or school non-attendance, you will be a safe, regulated, and reassuring presence in our school community.

Working basis: 37 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset
