3+ years of hands-on experience in EM/IR

Strong understanding of electromigration, IR drop, power integrity concepts .

Experience with advanced nodes (28nm and below preferred).

Proficiency with EDA tools such as:

  • Ansys RedHawk / Totem
  • Cadence Voltus
  • Synopsys PrimeRail

Good knowledge of metal stack, power grid design, and routing strategies .

Understanding of foundry reliability rules and sign-off criteria .

Familiarity with SoC / ASIC physical design flow .

Scripting skills (TCL / Python / Perl) are a plus.
