Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Strategist who lives on the internet and understands why some brand campaigns feel exciting while others feel forced or cringe.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a senior strategy lead to help shape high-impact ideas and pitches for brands across categories — especially new-age, creator-first, and tech-driven brands. You’ll be involved in understanding trends, platforms, creators, and pop culture, and translating all of that into strong brand and influencer ideas.

This is a thinking-heavy role where curiosity, cultural awareness, and point-of-view matter more than years of experience.
