As an Emerging Business Account Manager, you will own a high-volume portfolio of emerging customers, driving renewals, expansion, and retention through data-driven decision making, automation, and strong commercial execution. What You’ll Do


  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of approximately emerging business accounts, with full ownership over renewals, expansion, and churn prevention




  • Identify, forecast, and close upsell opportunities within your book of business to consistently meet individual revenue quotas




  • Proactively detect at-risk accounts using product usage data and behavioral signals, and execute intervention plans to retain and grow revenue
