What You’ll Do
Manage a high-volume portfolio of approximately emerging business accounts, with full ownership over renewals, expansion, and churn prevention
Identify, forecast, and close upsell opportunities within your book of business to consistently meet individual revenue quotas
Proactively detect at-risk accounts using product usage data and behavioral signals, and execute intervention plans to retain and grow revenue
