Advance your nursing skills through Island Health's Emergency RN Training Program. This full-time opportunity includes both theory and hands-on experience in a specialty area.
Participants will receive comprehensive training to prepare for their roles within the emergency department, including direct nursing care for both patients and residents. On successful completion of training, you will transition to a regular full-time position within the specialty department that aligns with your training.
