FUNCTION

Reporting to the Managers, the fisheries project supervisor will be responsible for: to know, respect and ensure compliance with the company's code of conduct; to inspire safety commitment in client and all contractors and subcontractors teams via deep knowledge of HSE and leadership by example; to provide positive ER leadership and promote the adoption of ER best practice ensuring compliance with TEPMA1 policy and Mozambique emergency response, health and safety legislation; to act as the emergency response coordinator during emergency response incidents, exercises and drills; the formulation, development and implementation of TEPMA1 ER systems and associated documentation; to review contractors documentation against TEPMA1 standards and provide required interface; to provide ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of ER plans, procedures and standards and identif...
