EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SPCIEALIST of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST. Responsibilities You will provide technical, analytical, and administrative support, to develop and maintain Region and installation-level EM plans. You will participate in the development of exercise scenarios, objectives, and Master Scenario Events List. You will develop metrics to assess operational readiness of installations. You will provide expertise and support to Emergency Relocation Group during the Continuity of Operations at alternate sites when required. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
