Emergency Fire Control Operator - 999 Response

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service is looking for a Firefighter (Control) to join their emergency response team. The role involves managing 999 calls, mobilizing fire crews, and providing support during incidents.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and live/work in the UK. Required qualifications include GCSEs in Maths and English. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, following a shift duty system.
