This position requires a dedicated RVT ready to mentor and lead the Emergency Room team. You will support team development while ensuring high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment. Your role includes improving operational workflow and managing care standards for our furry patients and their families.

• Support and lead the ER RVT team during shifts
