Emergency Communications Specialist - Level 2

Full-time, rotating position in a 24/7/365 environment.

We are currently looking for an Emergency Communications Specialist - Level 2 at our Calgary base in the Emergency Link Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to requests from first responders, dispatch professionals and physicians in support of critical care processes for critically ill and injured patients
• Follow established protocols to ensure each call is handled effectively and efficiently
• Accurately and efficiently input information into a multi-screen computer system in real time
• Utilize dispatch technology, including computer‑aided dispatch software (CAD), mapping tools, telephones and radios
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality of information
