What is my role?

As EMEA TSS Services Delivery Project Manager, you are responsible for expanding Professional Services business in EMEA.

Reporting to the  Solutions Consultants and Technical Field Experts EMEA , you will collaborate closely with ALE sales representatives, ALE business partners / distributors and end-customers.
Your mission is the supervision of the projects from the preparation of the offer to the final acceptance.

Your goal is to ensure the quality of our service and to grow our business.

What am I responsible for?

  • You estimate the effort and prepare offers based on that
  • You support our partners, distributors and end customers by selecting the best technicians for their needs
  • You support ALE business partners during all stages of a sales cycle (RFI/RFP etc)
  • You accompany the projects, monitor the status, ensure that the milestones are achieved according to ...
