EMEA Payroll Analyst

• Reporting to the Payroll Manager - EMEA, the EMEA Payroll Analyst will be part of the EMEA payroll team supporting all operational payrolls for the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Region.
• They will support the accurate and timely processing of the payrolls for all EMEA countries in which we have employees, in compliance with the applicable regulatory environment.
• They will also assist with the EMEA aspects of global transformation efforts to consolidate payroll vendors, processes, and responsibilities to create a centralized payroll function in alignment with RELX's strategic goals.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide the accurate and timely review and submission of EMEA payroll data to meet payroll processing deadlines.
• Adherence to all EMEA payroll processes and controls to ensure fully compliant payroll operations across the region.
