The 6010-Biosense Webster Inc. Legal Entity is seeking a Senior Manager for the Global Customer Solutions Centre, based in Zug, Switzerland. This operational leader will manage service delivery across Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and France while ensuring process excellence and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in customer service operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record in leading distributed teams. A Bachelor's degree is required.
