Deliveroo is seeking a Recruitment Manager APAC & ME for Dubai on an 8-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). You’ll lead a high-performing EMEA GTM recruitment team and partner with global leaders to align hiring with business needs.

Responsibilities include building scalable processes, forecasting talent needs, and driving diversity initiatives across the hiring lifecycle. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to deliver a world-class candidate experience.
