Job Description

Avient Corporation's EMEA Finance Development Program Associate is a 24-month program across our European units, offering on-the-job training, formal training, coaching and mentoring to help you start a career in finance.

You will rotate through Accounting and other finance functions, learn about governance, risk, KPI tracking, budgeting and collaboration across a multicultural team; the program runs 2026–2028 and prepares you for a leading financial role.
