Eaton is seeking a senior finance process improvement leader to drive Lean-based improvements across CFOps core processes—close, forecasting, RevRec and project accounting. You will identify root causes of inefficiency, ensure changes are practical, adopted, and measurable, and aim for faster, more reliable execution.

The role designs robust controls to protect cadence, partners with Commercial Finance pillars on enablement, and collaborates with Finance Systems and IT to translate improvements
