EMEA Finance Analyst

The primary focus of this role is to support the EMEA Global Capability Centre (GCC) Program by focusing on planning and reporting to ensure timely and consistent delivery throughout the systems and meeting stakeholder needs, development, alignment and maintenance of Migration Plans to GCC, and preparation of regular and ad-hoc requests from different stakeholder groups.

• Forecasting, Planning and Reporting: Support timely and smooth planning/forecasting processes throughout the year (Annual Operating Plan, Key Forecast reviews).
• Provide comprehensible causes of change for each planning process.
• Collaborate with Global Finance and Hub Finance teams to strengthen cross-finance collaboration and improve forecast accuracy for labor and infra costs.
• Business partnering with Region Functions and OU FP&A (including sign-off on design outcomes and implications on BC).
