Role Description
Leading EMC design of DC-DC converters, chargers, inverters for HEV / PHEV / BEV (400V and 800V bus).
Design of filters for both high-voltage and low-voltage lines
6 years' experience in power electronics design and development for automatic or industrial application, out of which min. 4 years' experience in electromagnetic compatibility.
Leadership & Project Management Responsibilities:
Well-versed in Requirement management, Customer dialogues and collaborating with cross function teams
Estimation of project timeline and driving towards timely deliveries
Estimation of development cost and validation cost
Conducting design reviews and driving root cause analysis (8D methodology)
Contributing to innovations in EMC engineering
Contributing in automizing and accelerating development cycles.
