Job Description
Qualification:
MSc in Clinical Embryology/Reproductive Biology or related field Certification in Clinical Embryology (preferred)
Experience:
5–8+ years of hands-on experience in an IVF laboratory, including leadership responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and perform all embryology lab procedures (IVF, PGT A ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation)
Ensure quality control, lab standards, and compliance with protocols
Collaborate closely with IVF consultants and clinical teams
Maintain accurate documentation and lab records
Train and supervise junior embryologists and lab staff
