Job Description:
Perform technical duties related to the activities of the Fertility Centre’s cases Assist in the ART laboratory related inquiries Continue in the quality assurance program in all ART procedures to ensure efficient operation of the section at all times while reducing medical errors.
Demonstrate operational knowledge of the embryonical procedure applicable to area of assignment. Anticipate potential risk and execute appropriate action to ensure safe environment.
Manage resources to achieve optimum productivity.
Provide safe and and quality embryological care to customers in order to achieve customer satisfaction
Ensure completion of all competencies and orientation checklist within stipulated time frame.
Address customer’s complaints promptly.
Exceed set standards and quality in embryology care rendered.
Attend in-service programs organized by the hospital and keep the nursing knowledge and skills up to date. Requirements:
