- Build the Team: You will hire the right talent to establish our mice and keyboards presence in Poland. You manage performance and support the professional growth of your staff
- Technical Leadership: You act as a leader to define the platform backlog and roadmap. You drive the schedule to meet the agreed milestones
- Process Ownership: You define and promote engineering best practices. This includes design reviews, code reviews, test-driven development, and continuous integration.
- Quality Control: You take ownership of the modularity, quality, and stability of the embedded platform code. You balance code complexity with disciplined practices
- Global Alignment: You work closely with senior firmware leaders from all global sites. You align with Embedded System Architects to ensure platforms and products integrate well
