Job Title: Embedded C/C++ Technical Lead

Experience: 16+

Location: Pune/Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as SME and lead technical solution design across teams.
  • Gather requirements and build solutions on existing architecture/frameworks.
  • Drive key technical decisions and mentor junior team members.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote Agile best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in Embedded C and C++.
  • Experience with embedded systems and RTOS.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor-based product development (preferred).
  • Hands-on with Git and complex debugging.
