To embalm and prepare the deceased for their final journey.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Possess good knowledge of embalming standards
• Understand the requirements of the client and offer the most suitable embalming services
• Understand and carry out the wishes of the client with excellence
• Gather, review and act on client's feedback on embalming services
• Keep stock of all embalming chemicals, tools and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of Company's vehicles, equipment and facilities
• Implement operations for service excellence
• Project a positive and professional image
• Solve problems and make decisions at operations level
• Other operational tasks as required
