Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Support Representative (Non-Voice) to join our healthcare support team. In this role, you will handle patient and provider inquiries via email, assist with insurance verification and pre-authorizations, coordinate supply orders, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant VAD-related services.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 2 years in college, or hold an Associate or Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of US healthcare insurance claims

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Medicare and general payer knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
  • Basic Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Comfortable with typing on keyboards, 10-key pads, and calculators
