About The Role
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager with deep ecommerce and retention marketing experience, someone who understands the D2C customer journey end-to-end and can drive measurable growth through email and SMS strategies.
You'll own lifecycle strategy and execution across multiple ecommerce brands developing campaigns, flows, and retention programs that boost repeat purchases, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
This role requires a mix of strategy, execution, and analytics translating brand goals into actionable lifecycle plans while ensuring seamless delivery with creative and client teams.
