Job Description

Hrelites is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of targeted email programs for our e-commerce clients. The role requires hands-on operation of CRM and email platforms, a strong focus on deliverability and accessibility, analytical rigor for A/B testing and performance reporting, and close collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams.


Key responsibilities:



  • Plan, build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns and automated lifecycle flows (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, re‑engagement) using CRM and email platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, and Mailchimp.

  • Design and manage audience segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content tailored to e-commerce use cases to maximize conversion and retention.
