Email Marketing Specialist (Direct-Response & Lifecycle – Home Services)

About Us

We operate multiple home-service businesses (plumbing, appliance repair, water purification) across Canada and the U.S.

Email is a revenue channel, not a branding exercise.

If your emails don't book jobs, recover leads, or increase LTV, this role is not for you.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You will own conversion-focused email flows tied directly to revenue:

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead nurture sequences (new leads → booked calls)

  • Follow-ups for unbooked / ghosted leads

  • Post-service sequences (reviews, referrals, upsells)

  • Membership & maintenance plan emails

  • Reactivation campaigns (cold / lost customers)

  • Simple broadcast campaigns (promos, reminders)

This is direct-response lifecycle email, not newsletters.
