What You'll Be Responsible For
You will own conversion-focused email flows tied directly to revenue:
Core Responsibilities
Lead nurture sequences (new leads → booked calls)
Follow-ups for unbooked / ghosted leads
Post-service sequences (reviews, referrals, upsells)
Membership & maintenance plan emails
Reactivation campaigns (cold / lost customers)
Simple broadcast campaigns (promos, reminders)
This is direct-response lifecycle email, not newsletters.
