Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handle the execution of email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including day-to-day operations such as email development, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing/quality assurance and deployment.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards with respect to email development and online marketing and be able to research, recommend, and apply new technologies as they emerge.
  • Champion continuous advancement of email features, process improvements, and automation capabilities to optimize customer experience and internal/external workflows.
  • Conduct A/B tests to experiment with subject lines, email layouts, and creatives to drive increases in open and click-through rates.
