About the Role
FlowCandy is a fast-growing Klaviyo email marketing agency. We're looking for a detail-oriented Email Designer to join our squad as a contractor. You won't just be making things look pretty—you'll be building high-performance email systems for mid-market Shopify stores doing over $10M+ in annual revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Design high-quality email campaigns, flows, and pop-ups in Figma.
  • Work within a squad alongside a copywriter, developer, and project manager.
  • Manage a load of 5–10 clients simultaneously with precision.
  • Utilize Figma Auto Layout and Zeplin to ensure designs are developer-ready.
  • Create engaging animations and GIFs to elevate email performance.

Requirements (Must-haves)

  • 3+ years of experience
    specifically in email design for eCommerce/DTC brands.
  • Advanced Figma skills
    (Knowledge of Auto Layout and component structure is non-negotiable).
