Email Marketing Associate

Position Overview

The Email Marketing Associate manages the day-to-day aspects of the email marketing program within the digital team in order to increase engagement with the Partners InHealth (PIH) mission and response among non-donor supporters as well as donors. The Associate works under the direction of the Email Marketing Manager to align fundraising and cultivation efforts.

The Associate will develop, draft, and execute mass market email communication and related digital pieces foradvocacy, new donor acquisition, and ongoing cultivation and fundraising efforts. They report back on campaigns and test results with recommendations for improvements going forward as well as overall list health. Additionally, they will plan, build, and manage email and larger marketing automations in partnership with the email marketing manager.
