Position Overview

We're hiring an Email Marketer / Designer who combines strong visual design skills with a strategic marketing mindset. This role is for someone who can design high-performing email campaigns while understanding the psychology, structure, and data behind conversion.

You should feel confident designing clean, modern, brand-aligned emails, but also thinking beyond aesthetics. The ideal candidate understands segmentation, campaign flows, subject lines, performance metrics, and how email fits into the broader customer journey.

This role requires both creative execution and performance thinking.
