Job Overview
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Designer to join our DTC / e-commerce team. In this role, you'll create high-converting email designs that drive engagement, increase revenue, and strengthen brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. You'll collaborate with marketing, copy, and growth teams to produce visually compelling campaigns and automated email flows.

What You'll Do
  • Design high-impact email campaigns, promotional blasts, and lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.).
  • Translate marketing briefs into visually engaging, on-brand email designs.
  • Optimize layouts for performance, readability, and conversion across desktop and mobile devices.
