Seeking an email customer support representative for an ecommerce store.
Availability:
- Sunday through Friday from 9 am - 10 am EST
Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer emails using templates
2. Closing all email threads by responding last in the conversation
3. Updating customer / order information based on requests
4. Providing customer with shipping / order information
5. Corresponding with suppliers
English fluency is required.
Experience using Shopify, DSers and with dropshipping ecommerce stores is preferred.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
