Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable E/M IP and OP Coder with minimum of 3 years of experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will specialize in coding for both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and accurate documentation of patient encounters.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze medical records to determine the appropriate E/M codes for inpatient and outpatient services.

Accurately assign CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes based on clinical documentation and coding guidelines.
