Job Description

In this role, the successful applicant will function as part of the on-site team to ensure timely and quality deliverables of services rendered by OCS to its Client. The successful applicant will function as part of the ELV team and the focal point accountable for ELV systems, responsibilities shall cover CCTV system, Access Card System, Fire Detection & Alarm system, PA system, BMS and BAS.

1) Documentation: Preparation of detailed work method statements and/or maintenance checklists. Track work progress and undertake reporting duties as necessary

2) Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage execution of PPM works by DLP vendor or by vendor appointed by OCS

3) Collaboration: Work with other team members on delivery of primary priorities on the ELV systems, such as, CCTV, Access card system, Fire detection& Alarm system, PA system , BMS and BAS.
