Overview
Functions as Instructor for English Language Training. Responsible for developing lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the needs of individual students and groups. Assessing students' language abilities and tailoring instruction to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
+ Planning, preparing and delivering lessons.
+ Preparing teaching materials
+ Helping students improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in individual and group sessions.
+ Checking and assessing students' work, and providing feedback.
+ Monitors the students writing and listening skills, reading comprehension, and confidence in public speaking, identifying their learning challenges, evaluating their progress, and assessing their knowledge by conducting a series of tests and activities that would practice their capabilities.
