Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with Sales and customers during proposal processes by preparing technical descriptions of products and technologies.
• Determine costs, prepare final documentation, and act as a key technical resource.
• Perform lost proposal analyses, identify causes, and recommend future actions.
• Promote upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions to penetrate the installed base.
• Support channel strategy, price establishment, sales plan preparation, progress review, and recovery plan proposals.
• Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by analyzing market trends.
