Job Description
Become an Apprentice Parts Person at Elk Valley Resources located in Sparwood, B.C. This full-time position comes with a balanced 4x4 schedule, focusing on supply chain management and parts operations.
You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the proper storage and issuance of materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and operate necessary warehouse equipment. A commitment to health and safety in a fast-paced industrial environment is essential for success in this site-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in health and safety programs consistently
• Efficiently ship, receive, and secure materials
• Manage inventory counts and order fulfillment actively
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely
• Perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily tasks
Requirements:
• Must be a registered 2nd or 3rd year Parts Person
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations
