Required Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) in large-scale, multi-client environments
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead managing ELK implementations
Experience leading and mentoring engineers (task allocation, technical guidance, performance monitoring)
