Our client is a Beauty & Surgery Clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Taking care of the clinic's VIP customers in using the service and after service.
  • Creating a premium service atmosphere.
  • Receiving online inquiries and coordinating between the service team (nurse) and the CS team in accepting patients from online channels.
  • Pushing campaigns from Marketing as well as receiving campaigns from Marketing to extend the campaign notification or Special Privilege.
  • Handling Up Sale / Cross Sale from various Inhouse Marketing campaigns.
  • Qualifications 

  • Not over 40 years old.
  • Earned a bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of Customer Service, Sales, and Coordinator.
  • Love beauty products.
  • Good personality.
