One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit, México, seeks an experienced Reservations Agent to join the ultra-luxury resort team. You will handle guest reservations, manage deposits and policy adherence, and ensure guest satisfaction through accurate data entry and timely confirmations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, advanced English, and at least one year in reservations or sales, with proficiency in Office applications; Opera or Fidelio experience is preferred.
