Elevate the maintenance process at Éléonore Mine in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec as a Shutdown Planning Specialist. Focus is on coordinating activities, resources, and safety during major shutdowns.
In this pivotal role in the Maintenance Department, you will collaborate closely with Operations and Metallurgy teams. Your responsibilities will include planning key shutdowns while ensuring equipment and human resources are aligned for optimal performance. Additionally, you will oversee the tracking of KPIs and lead meetings to ensure effective management of shutdown backlogs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical maintenance
• Ensure the availability of tools and spare parts
• Develop Gantt charts for project planning
• Lead backlog management and progress review sessions
