Position Title : Elementary PE Coordinator

Collective Bargaining Agreement Listing : Category 6A

Purpose : Provide support, organization and leadership in Art, Music or PE curriculum and instruction across all elementary buildings. Serve as an informed resource in best instructional practices for elementary learning and teaching. Assist department members and school and district leaders in developing a collaborative culture focused on student growth.

Essential Functions :

• Facilitate department meetings, drafting agendas and ensuring notes are recorded.


• Ensure all department members have access to curriculum, assessments and supplies.


• Assist administrators as an expert resource regarding curriculum, assessments, supplies and scheduling.
